WASHINGTON, Dec. 29, 2009 – Members of the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) have elected Wayne C. Luplow to serve as the Chairman of the ATSC Board of Directors.

"Wayne’s wealth of experience in industry standards development combined with his dedication to the ongoing progression of DTV technology will make him a great chairman," said Mark Richer, ATSC President.
