The Business Advisory Council (BAC) is tasked to formulate a 2035 roadmap for ATSC and define the future of broadcasting that can help solve business problems for the ecosystem. Our goal in this process is to best understand how to support and advance innovation and collaboration, enabling a more connected world that unlocks the full potential of broadcasting and advances its interoperability with other technologies.
ATSC will be conducting a survey that ensures that stakeholders have significant input in defining ATSC’s future technical roadmap priorities. Please stay tuned!

The Advanced Television Systems Committee, Inc., is an international, non-profit organization developing voluntary standards and recommended practices for digital terrestrial broadcasting. ATSC member organizations represent the broadcast, broadcast equipment, motion picture, consumer electronics, computer, cable, satellite, and semiconductor industries. ATSC also develops digital terrestrial broadcasting implementation strategies and supports educational activities on ATSC standards.
