Alex Day is the Vice President of Business Development at Tolka Telecommunications, where he plays a key role in the company’s ATSC 3.0 software and hardware deployment. He was instrumental in Tolka achieving the first NEXTGEN TV certification for an upgrade accessory receiver, allowing older televisions to access the ATSC 3.0 standard.  Day has spearheaded Tolka’s expansion into international markets, including demonstrations of Brazil’s evolving TV 3.0 transmission standard alongside Globo.
