Dave Arland wears many hats in the broadcasting industry, serving as Executive Director of both the Indiana Broadcasters Association and the AWARN Alliance as well as communications counsel to ATSC, Pearl TV, and A3SA. He is President Elect of the National Alliance of State Broadcasters Associations. Formerly a marketing executive at Thomson/RCA and press secretary to Indianapolis Mayor Bill Hudnut, Arland started his career as a radio reporter and news anchor at WIBC Radio in central Indiana.
