Heidi Steffen is President of TitanTV, Inc., a broadcast technology company specializing in program guide data, metadata management, and viewer experience solutions for broadcasters across the United States. In her role, Heidi leads the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives while helping guide TitanTV’s continued innovation within the evolving broadcast and NEXTGEN TV landscape.
Heidi began her career at TitanTV in 2007 as an entry-level account manager and advanced through the organization through years of leadership, industry expertise, and a strong understanding of broadcaster workflows and consumer viewing experiences. Her background within the broadcast industry has helped her develop a proactive approach to emerging technologies, metadata challenges, and the evolving expectations surrounding content discovery and audience engagement.
Beyond her role at TitanTV, Inc., Heidi is deeply involved in industry leadership and collaboration efforts. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance, outgoing Chair of the NAB Show Exhibitor Advisory Committee, and Chair of the ATSC Communications Committee.
Heidi is passionate about improving metadata consistency, broadcast workflows, and viewer experiences across the industry, with a particular focus on the opportunities and challenges presented by the transition to NEXTGEN TV and ATSC 3.0 technologies.
