Louis Libin is Vice President of Spectrum Strategy and Engineering at One Media Technologies.
For more than three decades, Mr. Libin has worked at the intersection of broadcasting, spectrum policy, and emerging technologies. He has coordinated communications and spectrum operations for some of the world’s largest events, including political conventions, presidential inaugurations, major sporting events, and international broadcasts.
Mr. Libin is actively involved in the development and advancement of ATSC 3.0, Single Frequency Networks (SFNs), datacasting, and next generation broadcast technologies. He serves in leadership roles within numerous industry and regulatory organizations and is a frequent speaker on broadcast innovation, spectrum management, and the future of terrestrial broadcasting.
His work focuses on helping broadcasters leverage next generation technologies to improve coverage, mobility, public safety capabilities, and new business opportunities while preserving the unique strengths of over the air television.
