Robert Folliard is Senior Vice President, Government Relations & Distribution for Gray Media, Inc. He oversees Gray’s regulatory matters at the Federal Communications Commission and relationships with members of Congress and the executive branch in the federal government. Mr. Folliard also is responsible for Gray’s distribution agreements with cable, satellite, and vMVPD operators. Mr. Folliard currently serves as the Chair of Pearl TV, LLC, which is a coalition of broadcasters that is spearheading the transition to ATSC 3.0.
