New TG1 Ballots Pending
Three new TG1 ballots, including advancement of two Candidate Standards to Proposed Standard status, were authorized by the Technology and Standards Group at the March 13 meeting and will be issued in early April:
These TG1 ballots, which will be issued in early April, will all be four week ballots, which is the default ballot period at the Technology Group and Membership level. Prior to issuance of the TG1 ballots, an updated Voting Eligibility List will be developed and posted to TG1. Only members with voting eligibility may cast ballots at the Technology Group level. Voting eligibility rules can be found in Section 10.8 of the ATSC Bylaws, which can be found on the ATSC web site.
