For your bedtime reading enjoyment… If you haven’t seen it already, be sure to check out the March 2016 special edition of IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting devoted exclusively to ATSC 3.0 (Volume 62, Issue Number 01, Part II of two Parts).  ATSC insiders will recognize lots of colleagues who have authored technical papers.  (See the table of contents below.)
