The following ballots are active within ATSC or have recently concluded.
Amendment No. 1 to A/153 Part 3:2009, “Service Multiplex and Transport Subsystem Characteristics.” The membership ballot closed on 24 August 2012. It was approved without comments. The document is now posted on the ATSC Web site.
Withdrawal of A/58, “Harmonization with DVB SI in the Use of the ATSC Digital Television Standard.” This TG1 ballot was issued on 20 August 2012 and closes on 17 September 2012.

The Advanced Television Systems Committee, Inc., is an international, non-profit organization developing voluntary standards and recommended practices for digital terrestrial broadcasting. ATSC member organizations represent the broadcast, broadcast equipment, motion picture, consumer electronics, computer, cable, satellite, and semiconductor industries. ATSC also develops digital terrestrial broadcasting implementation strategies and supports educational activities on ATSC standards.
