ATSC members are the heart and soul of our organization. Member organizations and their staff develop the Standards and Recommended Practices for the industry, explore new technologies via our Planning Teams, and participate in Implementation Groups that help shape the future of digital terrestrial broadcasting domestically and internationally.
We would like to welcome the following new members to our community!
DAE XTREAM is focused on media asset management and full-IP for broadcast TV operations.
Additionally, they develop accessibility solutions such as automated closed captions with translation into dozens of languages and a real-time sign language real-time interpretation/translation with human into sign language, offering more comfort for deaf people watching TV.
EITV USA is a leading provider of next generation TV broadcast platform solutions and services by helping broadcasters to innovate, build, and support rapidly expanding TV broadcast and broadband using cutting edge technologies. EITV USA is researching and developing solutions for the ATSC 3.0 standard and their parent company in Brazil, EiTV, is a very experienced technology provider for ISDB-Tb standard.
Over The Air RF Consulting has joined as an Observer member. They are an RF consultancy focused on radio and tv signal studies and FCC licensing for broadcasters, viewing ATSC 3.0 as a critical part of broadcasting’s future in the US and abroad.
Shenzhen JY Times Technology Co., Ltd offers one-stop service of ODM & OEM projects. Products with ATSC 3.0 are already on their product roadmap. With a professional R&D team, they design and manufacture the hardware, the PCBA boards,and the software in-house which guarantees timely technical upgrades.

The Advanced Television Systems Committee, Inc., is an international, non-profit organization developing voluntary standards and recommended practices for digital terrestrial broadcasting. ATSC member organizations represent the broadcast, broadcast equipment, motion picture, consumer electronics, computer, cable, satellite, and semiconductor industries. ATSC also develops digital terrestrial broadcasting implementation strategies and supports educational activities on ATSC standards.
